If your order is placed before 2pm EST, your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders place after 2pm EST with ship within 2 business days.
In the US Aroma Home use a company called Windsor Direct to ship all Aroma Home orders. Therefore if you need to change or cancel your order please call Windsor directly @ 1-407-328-7454 or email them at email@example.com.
In the rare case where your product is defective, please contact Windsor customer service team @ 1-407-328-7454 (Monday-Friday 8am -4PM) and they will access the situation promptly and send a replacement item.
If you choose to return an item that has not been used or opened – please ship back to Aroma Home, c/o Windsor Direct, 2625 Jewett Lane, Sanford, FL 32771. Please note that you, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs to return unwanted items. Upon receipt of the returned item, Windsor will verify that it is in good condition and then process a refund within 7 business days. If you have any issues please do not hesitate contact Aroma Home directly.
