A soft grey cozy hat with a difference. Unlike normal woolly hats this one comes with 2 reusable click and heat gel packs. Simply click each gel pack and each one will become warm. Then simply pop them into the pockets within the hat to keep your head all cozy and warm. The gel packs are reusable so you can keep warm time and time again. As they are click and heat you can activate the heat when needed while you're out walking or outside when you need it as an extra boost of warmth. The cozy hat is made form lambswoool and acrylic and lined with soft fleece for extra warmth and comfort. Beautifully packaged they make great gifts.

Click and Heat Gel Pads - To activate the heat gel pad - Hold the metal disc inside the heat gel pad between your thumb and forefinger and bend it gently until it clicks. The solution will crystallize and release heat. Massaging the pack will help to maximise the heat given from the heat gel pad.To Reactivate the heat gel pad - When the heat gel pad is cold and hard, place in a pan of boiling water and simmer for approx.. 10-15 minutes or until all of the crystals disappear. Allow water to cool down before removing. Be careful when removing from the water as the pad may be hot. Once it is cooled, it’s ready for you to use again.

In the US Aroma Home use a company called Windsor Direct to ship all our orders. Therefore if you need to change or cancel your order please call Windsor directly @ 1-407-328-7454 or email them at operations@windsordirect.net.

In the rare case where your product is defective, please contact Windsor customer service team @ 1-407-328-7454 (Monday-Friday 8am -4PM) and they will access the situation promptly send a replacement item.

If you choose to return an item that has not been used or opened – please ship back to Aroma Home, c/o Windsor Direct, 2625 Jewett Lane, Sanford, FL 32771. Please note that you, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs to return unwanted items. Upon receipt of the returned item, Windsor verify that it is in good condition and then process a refund within 7 business days.
