If you are not satisfied with a purchase you make from this site please contact Customer Service within 14 days to arrange a return authorization. Products must be in brand-new condition when returned. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment before a replacement will be sent out.

Aroma Home will refund to your credit card, or we can mail a check.
How To Make A Return
Please return your item or items to the address found on our contact page here. We aren't able to refund shipping costs, but will happily give a full refund for products returned in a resellable condition. Please make sure to include your order number and a copy of your packing slip in the box with the item.
